Glen and Diana Chavers (CRCC Leadership Council-Glen Chavers Elder)
Glen and Diana have been ministering in many ways for about 26 years. Glen and Diana have one daughter and son-n-law, Annie and Kevin. Glen has a son and daughter-n-law, Shane and Angie, and granddaughter, Lindsey. Shortly after their marriage in 1979, Glen and Diana began teaching youth at Hill Baptist Church in Oak Grove, Louisiana. Glen was a driller in the Gulf of Mexico and began a Bible Study out there. The Louisiana Baptist Convention supplied him with Bibles for distribution to the oilfield workers. Diana worked with GA’s and Mission Friends at HBC. Glen and Diana was both involved in a music ministry in Louisiana with Rev. Bob Sivils and The Good Folks. In Tennessee, Glen and Diana taught an adult class on Sunday morning and Wed. nights for several years. They have been involved with a music ministry called Second Chance Ministries. While at First Baptist Church in Fairview, Tennessee, Glen was ordained as a deacon and has served as Chairman of Deacons. Glen has been ordained as a Leadership Minister at Cross Roads Cowboy Church. They are elated and humbled to be a part of the CRCC ministry, and are excited to see what all God is going to do through this ministry.

Don and Teresa Smith (CRCC Leadership Council-Don Smith Elder)
Don and Teresa have been married for 22 years. They have one daughter, Morgan who will be graduating in 2008 from Fairview High School. In 1987 they moved to Chattanooga and became very active in Ridgedale Baptist Church. Don was transferred and moved to Ohio. In 1993 they finally got a chance to get back to Tennessee. They helped start a new church plant in Franklin and served as Youth Leaders. Don was also elected and served as a Trustee for the church. Teresa was very active and led the youth in several dramatic productions throughout the years. They moved to Fairview in 1999 and became members of First Baptist Church. Don was ordained and served as a Deacon. Don has been ordained as a Leadership Minister at Cross Roads Cowboy Church. When Don and Teresa were approached about starting Cross Roads Cowboy Church, they were excited about having the opportunity to reach a different group of people in the Fairview area. Don and Teresa own the land and the pavilion where Cross Roads Cowboy church meets. God opened the doors for the purchase of this land and they know that this was God's plan from the start. They feel that this ministry allows everyone to get out of the box and worship the Lord in a "Come As You Are" way.

Ricky and Diane Campbell (CRCC Leadership Council-Ricky Campbell Elder)
Ricky and Diane were married in 1981 and have lived in Fairview since they were married. They are proud parents of two sons Ricky II (22) and Jonathan (17). Ricky is presently attending UT Martin and Jonathan is a senior at Fairview High School. Diane and Ricky have taught bible study classes for the children at Fairview First Baptist Church. Ricky was ordained and served as a Deacon. They where head of the Greeting Committee and Diane helped serve in the kitchen. Ricky has been ordained as a Leadership Minister at Cross Roads Cowboy Church. Ricky has also been a part of the Second Chance Ministries which has helped spread Gods word through their music. Ricky with Diane by his side served as the Scout Master and they were also member of the leadership board for Fairview Boy Scout Troop #297 for 10 years. They also served as Cub Scout leaders prior to Boy Scouts. They felt God leading them to help start Cross Roads Cowboy Church. Ricky is a part of the Cross Roads Cowboy Church Praise Band and also delivers the message occasionally on Sunday. Ricky and Diane are also serving as Youth Leaders at Cross Roads Cowboy Church. They are excited that God has chosen them to help with this new ministry

Dennis and Bonnie Ziegelmann (CRCC Leadership Council-Dennis Ziegelmann Elder)
Dennis and Bonnie were married in 1974 in Marlette MI. They have three children, Cory, Aimee and Jeffery. Cory lives in College Stations TX with his wife Michelle and four children, Edward age 17, Aric age 13, Hunter age 11 and Brittony age 8. Their daughter Aimee lives in Denver Co with her husband Jason. Jeffrey and his wife Amanda live in Springfield MO where Jeffery went to Baptist Bible College and graduated with a BA in Cultural Communications. His wife is a LPN. Dennis and Bonnie have served in various ministries throughout their lives starting when they were first married in Marlette MI. They were part of an AWANA club start up program. They also were leaders in the children’s church, youth directors and music. Moving to Houston TX, they attended First Baptist West Houston. Dennis was ordained and served as a deacon. He played percussion in the orchestra. Bonnie was the Director of Pre School ministries. They relocated to Katy TX and attended Central Baptist Church where they served in the AWANA ministry. Dennis’ job moved him to College Station TX. They attended Texas Avenue Baptist Church and started an AWANA program. Dennis sang in the choir and Bonnie worked in the Nursery. Dennis’ job moved them to St. Louis MO where they served at Lighthouse Baptist Church. They started an AWANA program. Dennis played the percussion and Bonnie played a trumpet in the church orchestra. They were involved in the theatrical ministry performing a Christmas play. Bonnie taught preschool children and Dennis served on the Board of Trustees. Dennis’ job moved then to Bryan TX where they attended Central Baptist Church. Both Bonnie and Dennis were involved in the AWANA program. Dennis also played percussion in the church orchestra. Dennis’ job relocated him to St. Peters MO. At which time they were involved in a start up church called CrossPointe Fellowship. They were involved in the organization of all facets of the ministry from the ground up. Dennis served on the Board of Directors as a church officer. He played percussion in the praise band. Bonnie were the Director of Children’s Ministries. Also during this time Dennis and Bonnie started another AWANA club. Dennis’ job relocated them to Summerville SC where they attended Crossroads Community Church. Dennis and Bonnie were involved in the AWANA club. They were also involved in the theatrical ministry. Dennis’ job relocated them to Cool Springs TN where they attended Rolling Hills Community Church. Dennis served in the parking ministry. Bonnie taught in the preschool ministry. After purchasing a home in the White Bluff area, they searched for a church closer to home. After eating breakfast at Cracker Barrel in Dickson TN, Dennis approached Don & Teresa Smith because they were wearing a CRCC hat. After talking to them, Dennis and Bonnie attended Crossroads Cowboy Church. They knew immediately that is where God wanted them to serve. Dennis plays percussion in the Praise Band and occasionally delivers the message. Bonnie teaches in the children’s ministries. Dennis has been ordained as a Leadership Minister at Cross Roads Cowboy Church. Dennis and Bonnie eagerly look forward to serving at CRCC where God has leaded them serve.
